Policy for London Clients


To ensure the best service and experience for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policies



• DEPOSITS
• A deposit of 50% of your treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.


• CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the full balance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show up for your appointment will require full payment of the treatment.


• PAYMENTS
• All payments must be completed BEFORE leaving the clinic.
 


• ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS
• Please attend your appointment alone to maintain a calm and professional environment.
• No makeup should be worn when attending your appointment.



• LATENESS
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.


• HEALTH AND SAFETY
• If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious condition (e.g., cold sores, flu, etc.), please reschedule your appointment to avoid disruptions or risks to others.
